The currency used is the Euro. One Euro is set at NLG 2.207 and almost equivalent to one US dollar.

Sales Conditions

The purchase is formalised by using an e-mail in which you state your particular piece of equipment which you want to buy and the desired method of payment. I will answer this e-mail confirming the price and the shipping costs. The goods are shipped as soon as the correct amount has been received by me. International money transfer is still a bit complicated. Below you can find my own findings up to now.

Methods of payment depend on what country you are living in:

  • For the Netherlands: you can use "onder rembours" (dutch for cash on delivery) at some additional costs. This is the most safe way for buyer and seller. The next one is to use a "bank overschrijving" (dutch for money transfer) to my account. The goods are shipped immediately after receipt of the correct amount.
  • For European countries: the postal "remboursement" is very expensive. The two alternatives are as follows. Send the correct amount in EURO using banknotes in a well camouflaged way using "registered mail". Registered mail has some additional cost but is a quick and safe way of getting the money from buyer to seller.
    The second alternative is to make in international money transfer from your bank to my bankaccount. This takes some time and comes also with some additional cost.
    The goods are shipped immediately after receipt of the correct amount.
  • For North-America: an international money transfer is a complicated and costly affair. Sending me a cheque implies the same international money transfer. To me the only option remaining is to send the correct amount in US dollars (USD) or EURO in a well camouflaged way using "registered mail". Registered mail has some additional cost but is a quick and safe way of getting the money from buyer to seller.
    I have used this option as a buyer and a seller many times and up to now it worked fine.
    The goods are shipped immediately after receipt of the correct amount.
